By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or using Rainwater, Mister, or any related membership or brokerage-linking workflow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Rainwater operates as an automated specialist trading desk. We publish trading signals generated by an automated strategy and, with your explicit authorization, mirror those signals into a brokerage account you connect via SnapTrade. You retain full ownership and control of that brokerage account at all times, and you can disconnect or disable automation on your own at any time.

The service includes public marketing pages, paid membership access, educational strategy context, account onboarding, community/Discord access, and authorized connectivity to third-party services such as Stripe, Clerk, and SnapTrade.

Certain features may be changed, paused, limited, or removed at any time, including brokerage integrations, billing flows, product modules, and availability of specific automation or account views.

Not investment advice — and the registration position. Rainwater is preparing to register as a state-registered investment adviser. The platform operates as an automated specialist trading desk; subscribers retain full custody of their own brokerage accounts and may pause, modify, or disconnect at any time. Rainwater does not custody subscriber funds. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves risk, including the risk of total loss. Cross-account wash sale rules may apply when subscribers hold the same security inside and outside an IRA — consult a tax professional for your specific situation.

Access to certain product features requires an active paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to process the charges associated with your selected plan.

Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, refunds, and billing changes may be subject to the checkout flow, the applicable plan terms, and our operational policies at the time of purchase.

If you connect a brokerage account, you authorize the use of third-party providers such as SnapTrade and any applicable brokerage or clearing firm involved in that connection. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own agreements, permissions, and disclosures.

We do not control the uptime, availability, execution quality, or policies of third-party providers. Brokerage connectivity may fail, change, be delayed, or be revoked at any time.

Members can opt in to an affiliate program and earn a one-time signup bounty plus a recurring commission on referred subscriptions. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect (either as a bank transfer or as a credit on a future subscription invoice) and require that the referrer complete Stripe's identity and payout onboarding before funds can be released.

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Rainwater, and must not misrepresent the product, claim guaranteed returns, or imply any endorsement, registration, or certification we do not hold. Affiliates who promote Rainwater publicly (social media, blog posts, YouTube, email, etc.) must clearly disclose that they earn a commission when a referred user subscribes, using wording such as "#ad", "affiliate link", or an equivalent conspicuous disclosure, consistent with U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidance.

We may adjust commission rates, add eligibility requirements, claw back payouts on chargebacks or refunds, or terminate affiliate status for abuse, fraud, spam, or reputational risk. Commission amounts are not guaranteed and may be withheld where we reasonably suspect manipulation of the program.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with product availability, reverse engineer protected components, impersonate another user, or use the service in a way that violates law, contract, or platform rules.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account presents abuse, security, payment, compliance, or operational risk.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, profitable outcomes, execution performance, or compatibility with every device, institution, or integration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rainwater, Mister, and related owners, operators, affiliates, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, trading-related, or lost-profit damages arising out of use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
